Our Philosophy
At The Garden Preschool, we believe that every child is a unique and precious gift, deserving a space to explore, imagine, and grow. Our inclusive and caring environment welcomes each child regardless of background, religion, or affiliation, allowing them to develop at their own pace with individualized attention from our dedicated teachers.
Our programs arise from a shared commitment to excellence in meeting the needs of children and their families. We nurture growth, relationships, and understanding with the goal of instilling a lifelong love of learning and a positive approach to the world’s diversity.
We believe children learn best in environments rich with hands-on experiences. Our curriculum is thoughtfully designed to support social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development through playful and meaningful activities. Children are encouraged to explore through their senses, engage their imagination, and develop confidence as they interact with a variety of classroom centers including art, science, literacy, math, blocks, and dramatic play.
With small class sizes and low student-teacher ratios, each child receives the personalized care and guidance they need. Our staff fosters self-esteem and problem-solving skills through encouragement, positive reinforcement, and opportunities for self-expression.
We value strong partnerships with families, recognizing that the home is the most important factor in a child’s development. Together, we strive to create a nurturing, safe, and joyful environment that supports each child’s natural curiosity and desire to learn.
At The Garden Preschool, we are committed to shaping confident, compassionate, and curious learners who are prepared for the adventures ahead—with hearts open to others and minds eager to explore.
Our Staff
Our staff is carefully selected to create a loving, nurturing Jewish environment while fostering the children’s cognitive and social growth. All staff members are experienced, well-qualified, and deeply knowledgeable in child development. We model kindness, respect, and compassion in both our words and actions, instilling these values in every child. Positive reinforcement is used to guide children and help them develop a strong self-esteem. Staff members are required to attend staff meetings, professional seminars and conferences on new developments in early childhood education to provide a quality program for the children.
