Are selichot said during shachris with tallies and tefillin or no? Reply

It is recited before Shachris and only the Chazan wears a Tallis.
On fast days, however, it is said during Shachris with Talis and Teffilin.

If a woman prays Slichot on Motzei Shabbat alone, should she omit every time the verses: Almighty, Merciful,Gracious etc Reply

Yes. Those verses are omitted by anyone who is saying Slichot without a minyan. Reply

I have found a downloadable PDF version of Selichot for the week before Rosh Hoshanah and Zom Gedaliah.
